Battleground, Indiana Hunter Constellation Mound Group

The only mound group that was constructed to represent a constellation is located in Battleground, Indiana in the northwest section of Indiana. Mounds in this area have been attributed to the Oneoto Sioux.

The largest mound in the effigy group represented the bright star Rigel

These mounds are the line that represent Betelgeuse slightly visible on the left and Bellatrix at the far end.

   Nephilim giant remains were discovered in around this massive sun temple complex in Indiana. Giant Nephilim as large as 8 feet were discovered. The temple gateways were aligned to the Solstices, Equinox and May sunrises and sunsets.  The sun temples are best described as "henges."  A henge is a earthen sun temple with a outer wall and interior ditch with a gateway that is aligned to a solar event. The construction of the earthwork is identical to that of Stonehenge in England.  Identical skull types have been found in the burial mounds around Stonehenge and those found in the Ohio Valley. One of three Sun Temple complexes located in New Castle, Henry County, Indiana. Two more are found in Wayne and Madison counties. These Sun Temples or Henges were constructed by the ancient race of giants, as evidenced by the number of large human remains found near them.

     William H. Albright remained upon the home farm during his youth and attained a fair education in the common schools of his neighborhood. He has taken much interest in the investigation of the noted mounds, one which he opened containing the skeleton of a giant human being. The lower jaw was large enough to fit over ‘an ordinary man’s head, while the other bones were proportionate in size. The earthwork mentioned below must be referencing the earthwork shown on this map in Section 2 of Perry Township. The earthwork was described as being circular with an interior ditch and outer wall; known as a henge. The site was investigated, but no remains of the earthwork were visible.

Gigantic Skeleton Found

About one mile and a half south of Muncie, in Center Township is another class of these earthworks--a mound of considerable proportions which is said to have been dug into by some parties in search of relics. The excavation, however developed the fact that it contained, instead of relics, human bones. "One of these skeletons was of gigantic proportions. The jaw and thigh bones were in a good state of preservation, and nearly complete. The jaw-bone was so large that it could be easily slipped over the jaw of the largest man of the party--a tall, big boned six footer, and the the thigh bone of the skeleton was three inches longer than his” The discovery of these numerous bones fixed the class under which this specimen should be arranged--the sepulcher--and would also warrant the presumption that there were specimens of some of the other classes not far distant, though investigation has not developed the fact.

This map was done by the 8th, 9th, and 10th Annual Reports (1876, 1877, 1878) / Indiana. Geological Survey. The northern henge was aligned to the summer solstice sunrise and the southern henge to the equinox.

The artificial cut is still visible that leads to a wide second terrace and must have been the site of some processional up to the the sun temple complex.

Despite being plowed for years, the southern sun temple is still visible. This site is not recognized as a historic site nor preserved.  This is the first time these henges have been photographed.

  Biblical Gematria Numerology Discovered in Indiana's Ancient Earthworks 

The two core numbers of the Gematria numerical codex are 666 and 660 for the Sun and 1080 for the Earth Mother.  These two numbers are evident at the Winchester, Indiana earthwork along with another earthwork a few miles away that was constructed to be numerically harmonic.

The east-west walls of the Winchester, Indiana earthwork was 1320 feet or 660 X 2. The western gateway was aligned to the Summer Solstice sunset with the eastern gateway aligned to the Winter Solstice sunrise.

A few miles away from Winchester is the Fountain City earthwork that was 780 feet per side. Indiana Farmer Finds Skeleton of Men Eight Feet Tall
La Grange, Ind. - A prehistoric graveyard has been unearthed on the farm of Solomon Hedrick in Henry County.  a large number of human skeletons have been found, and all are eight feet and more in height.  Hedrick bought the farm some years ago, and covering four acres was a mound thirty feet high, resembling a loaf of bread.  The mound was built of gravel and sand, although the surrounding land is low and shows no trace of either gravel or sand.  A roadway twenty feet in width led up to the top of the mound. When about twelve feet of the surface had been removed the skeletons were found. The bones are large in size and the teeth are highly polished asnd well-preserved. Trinkets, ivory beads, a shiled made of bone, and other articles were found in the4 graves.  hedrick will dig up the entire filed in hopes of finding valuable articles.

     Anderson, Indiana  Nove 17 - While making excavation last evening workmen opened a cave in the west part of the city.
     It proved to be the tomb of twelve aborigines.  The twelve skeletons were propped in a sitting postion, with their faces toward the wall.
     The bones indicated a race of men larger than the Indians of the present.  The cave is near the famous Indian mounds.

Valparaiso, Indiana, While the steam shovels on the Knickerbocker Sand Co. were loading sand at Dune Park, on the shore of Lake Michigan, they unearthed a well-preserved skeleton seven feet two inches in length, and is supposed to be that of a member of an early tribe of Indians.  It was found nearly thirty feet underground.

Map of the two Nephilim Sun Temple (Henges) located north of Cambridge City, Indiana in Wayne County.  The northern Henge's gateway is aligned to the summer solstice sunrise; like Stonehenge.  The southern work is aligned to the equinox sunrise.

A map done by the Indiana Geological Survey shows the two largest henges along with 5 other affitional earthen circles, north of Cambridge City, in Wayne County,Iindiana. What was puzzling was the fact that these henge sites usually contained 8 earthworks.

The 8th earthwork was discovered in this 1993 aerial photo and printed in "The Nephilim Chronicles: A Travel guide to the Ancient ruins in the Ohio Valley."  The dots in the center of the circles show that burial mounds with cremations once existed.

Skeletons with copper bracelets are diagnostic of the Adena (Beaker People) who were known for their great height.  Historical documents report giant skeletons in Rush County, Indiana's burial mounds. It was reported that the FBI seized several skulls from the property. Did he have the human giant skeletal remains?

     Several burial “mounds” formerly were visible in Rush county, particularly in the southern part of the county, but with the clearing of the forests and the cultivation of the soil most of these have been leveled and in some instances are known merely as neighborhood traditions. Years ago there was still quite evident a considerable mound in the northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 14, Range 9, in Posey township, that in the time of the early settlement of the county is said to have been 106 feet in diameter and fifteen feet in height and connected by a sort of a ditch with a smaller mound to the northeast. Many years ago the mound was covered with a heavy growth of beech timber, but with the felling of the timber and the yearly plowing of the ground, the monument of a prehistoric people has gradually assumed almost a level with the surrounding land. Back in the ’80s Louis J. Offutt, then owner of the land, dug into the larger mound, near the center, and found parts of several skeletons, copper bands encircling the bones of the arms, wrists and ankles. bone beads and two curiously perforated pieces of jawbone with a single tusk-like tooth. The perforations were cut through the bone into the hollow of the tusk and gave it somewhat the appearance of a whistle, but its purpose was not quite evident to those who examined it. Several other such mounds have been explored in this county with somewhat similar results in the way of unearthing relics of that ancient period. Forty years ago there was such a mound explored on the old Gary farm, also in Posey township, and in that were disclosed numerous bits of pottery, a considerable quantity of beads of a variegated sort and the skeleton of a gigantic man.

     M. G. Mock of Muncie Ind., who has a large collection of Indian and Moundbuilders relic 

and curiosities, was at the Smithsonian Institution yesterday. Mr. Mock has probably 

10,000 objects in his collection, which he has gotten together simply to gratify a taste of his 

own in this regard. He has been making the collection for thirteen years and is exceedingly 

proud of his acquisitions. Whenever Mr. Mock is in Washington he visits the Smithsonian 

to have a chat with the heads of the department of prehistoric anthropology, compare notes 

with them and examine any new objects of interest which have been secured by the 

the institution since his previous visit.  Mr. Mock has been in mounds in many of the states, 

delving for the relics of the mysterious race who buried their dead and then erected the 

mounds as monuments. The more prominent the persons are, too, the more relics are found 

about them.  Pottery is often found in the mounds but is generally in imperfect condition. 

Some of the skeletons found in the mounds have been those of men of gigantic proportions, 

seven feet or more in height." Mr. Mock is a prominent member of the Order of Red Men 

and was passing through Washington to attend the convention in Philadelphia.

The Muncie Daily Times a year or two ago stated that "One of these mounds located three 

miles from Muncie was opened not long ago and found to be a sepulchral mound and 

contained the skeleton of a man who in life must have been a giant, at least nine feet high." 

This "Big Indian Story" would be hard to believe if giants about as great in stature did not 

exist in recent times.

     Connersville, IND., Sept 11 - While Sexton Charles Rieman was digging a grave in the city cemetery, he came upon the skeleton of a monster of a man,  It had been buried in a sitting posture with the face to the east, and was about three feet below the surface.  The remains indicate that the being of which this was a veritable giant, probably nine feet in height.  The femur bone is about a yard long, and the massive under jaw is much larger than that of an ordinary man.  It is supposed that the bones are those of an Indian or Mound Builder

GIGANTIC HUMAN REMAINS FOUND      
    A letter from Kern County, California reports that in digging a grave on the old bank of the Kern River, not long since, there was found a human skeleton seven feet 5 inches in length.  The account says there was with it a package of eleven flint arrow-heads and spear heads and that the skull was much larger than the ordinary size of craniums moving around at the present day.  A full grown person placed his head inside the skull.  The Louisville Courier Journal, however, tells a bigger story thus, "Workmen in the new fire cistern, in Jeffersonville exhumed, twelve feet from the surface, a part of a skeleton of a giant at least twelve feet high.  The skull was badly broken by the workmen, but sufficient of the jaws and face bones were saved to show that it was the remains of an enormous sized human being. A shin bone was measured near three feet in length.

FOUND SKELETONS EIGHT FEET TALL

      While excavating in a gravel pit at Anderson, Indiana, a workman unearthed half a dozen skeletons, most of which were eight feet tall and over.  One, in particular, was that of a man of giant stature and all were far above the height of tall persons.  Two of the skeletons were those of women.  In the graves were found pieces of pottery, such as being unknown by the Indians, which leads to the conclusion that the bones are those of people of a prehistoric race.  Two bodies were found close to an ancient mound.
